These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of courier and shipping services provided by Delhifly Courier Service ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a shipment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We arrange pickup, transport, and delivery of parcels and shipments on a door-to-door basis, either directly or through our delivery partners and logistics networks.

Booking a shipment

• You must provide accurate sender and recipient details, including name, address, and contact number.
• You are responsible for accurately describing the contents, weight, and declared value of your shipment.
• We may decline or hold a shipment if the details provided appear incomplete or incorrect.

Prohibited items

You agree not to ship items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted under applicable law, including but not limited to explosives, flammable materials, weapons, narcotics, and counterfeit goods. We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or return any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items.

Pricing and payment

• Charges are calculated based on chargeable weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is higher) and the applicable rate per kg, inclusive of GST as stated on your invoice.
• Payment is due as per the payment mode and status shown on your invoice — cash, online transfer, or any other mode we accept.
• Prices are subject to change; the rate confirmed at the time of booking applies to that shipment.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations and refunds

• You may cancel a booking before pickup for a full refund of any prepaid charges.
• Once a shipment has been picked up, charges already incurred are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Liability

• We take reasonable care in handling every shipment, but we are not liable for loss or damage caused by inaccurate shipment information, inherent defects in the goods, or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters or regulatory seizure).
• Where we are liable for loss or damage, our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the amount paid for the service, whichever is lower.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of business or profits.

Customer reviews

If you submit a review on our website, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience. We may moderate, decline, or remove reviews that are false, abusive, or unrelated to our services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
